## Description

Acron Aviation is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Functional Lead to lead and coordinate avionics software engineers on surveillance development projects. The role combines front-line people leadership with technical execution, quality, delivery, integration, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement, while partnering with project leads, product owners, systems engineering, and offshore suppliers. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, 4–9 years of real-time embedded software experience, C programming knowledge, and practical team leadership experience; DO-178 experience is highly desired. The role requires access to information subject to U.S. export control laws and applicants must be U.S. persons.
