The Senior Web Developer will rebuild and own doitrightplumbers.com on WordPress, Elementor Pro, WP Engine, and Cloudflare, focusing on performance, Core Web Vitals, schema, analytics, attribution, technical SEO, and conversion optimization. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on web development experience, strong WordPress and PHP skills, experience with Cloudflare and WP Engine, attribution and schema expertise, and a successful WordPress site migration. It is a full-time, 100% remote position reporting to the CMO and founder, with a Monday-to-Friday Pacific Time schedule and compensation of $2,500 to $4,000 USD per month depending on experience.
