## Description

The role provides technical and general application support to internal and external clients through phone, email, and customer portals. It manages and resolves incidents and service requests, troubleshoots WTW technologies, documents solutions, escalates issues, and addresses concerns related to ICT software, SaaS platforms, and managed hosting services. The position requires at least two years of IT support or IT performance analysis experience, familiarity with SLA-driven service environments, proficiency with BMC Helix, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools, strong communication and problem-solving skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to work rotating shifts.
