## Description

Arconic is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather and document business needs, develop enterprise automation solutions, test configurations and customizations, translate business processes into ServiceNow service requests, and support requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. The role requires relevant IT coursework, a bachelor’s degree in information systems or a similar field, a current GPA of 3.0 or greater, and an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028 or 2029. Visa sponsorship is not available.
