## Description

BESIX Watpac is seeking an experienced Services Manager to oversee the design, coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover of building services on a large-scale project in South Australia. The role manages mechanical, electrical, security, ICT, hydraulic, and integrated building-services documentation and packages; coordinates with the Project Manager; selects subcontractors; monitors installation and commissioning quality; and ensures compliance with safety, Australian standards, and relevant legislation. Candidates need relevant engineering qualifications, large-scale building-services experience, integrated-systems experience, and strong stakeholder leadership skills.
