## Description

The Production Shift Lead supervises, supports, and trains production team members in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen. Responsibilities include organizing schedules, assigning duties, training employees, handling customer issues, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, balancing cash drawers, opening and closing the restaurant, coordinating catering logistics, and supporting orientation and team training. The role requires a Food Handler permit, ServSafe certification, a valid driver's license, at least one year of similar experience, strong food-preparation and safety knowledge, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. The stated salary is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.
