## Description

Fixatex Ltd is hiring a full-time, permanent Site Supervisor to lead and supervise Electrical Engineers and Improvers delivering Electrical Installation Condition Reports, Rising Lateral Mains testing, and remedial works across the NHG contract in South and West London. The role reports to the Qualified Supervisor, provides technical guidance and coaching, ensures compliance with BS 7671 and other electrical safety requirements, monitors quality and contractual performance, supports audits and compliance programmes, and liaises with residents, clients, and stakeholders. The position requires an electrotechnical NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, AM2, relevant City and Guilds qualifications, detailed knowledge of EICR processes, and experience supporting or supervising engineers in an electrical compliance environment.
