## Description

The Senior SmartCOMM / CCM Solution Engineer will design, configure, develop, and deploy enterprise Customer Communication Management solutions using SmartCOMM, SmartIQ, and related Smart Communications platform components. The role focuses on templates, data models, JSON/XML mapping, REST APIs, integrations with Guidewire, billing, claims, CRM, and other systems, workflow automation, environment deployment, testing, and production support for insurance and financial services organizations. The position requires 8–12+ years of IT experience and 3–5+ years of direct SmartCOMM experience, with a rate range of CAD $50–$55 per hour.
