## Description

Interac is hiring a SOC Engineering, Lead to lead SOC engineering and detection capabilities, including SIEM, EDR/XDR/NDR, security data pipelines, logging, telemetry, and threat detection. The role owns platform architecture and reliability, detection use-case development and validation, incident response support, red and purple teaming, and the strategic roadmap for security operations. It requires at least seven years of cybersecurity engineering or security operations experience, enterprise security technology expertise, complex platform transformation experience, and a Government of Canada Secret clearance or eligibility. The hiring range is $120,000–$135,000, with short-term incentives and a flexible hybrid work model.
