## Description

Amazon is hiring a Software Dev Engineer (Product Engineer) to build Agentic AI capabilities for operators in Australia. The role combines product ownership and software engineering: scoping operator workflows, designing and building agent primitives and integrations, instrumenting metrics, iterating in production, and partnering with operations leaders to identify agent-ready workflows.
