## Description

Booking Experts is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and improve a scalable SaaS reservation platform for recreation businesses. The role covers full-stack development with Ruby on Rails and frontend technologies, backend and frontend feature development, scalability and performance optimization, external system integrations, architecture, and code quality. The engineer will collaborate with Product Managers, other engineers, and DevOps or Platform Engineers, and report to the CTO. The position is based in Enschede or Zwolle, Netherlands, with hybrid work requiring at least one day per week in the Enschede office and availability for at least 36 hours per week. Compensation is €4,400–€6,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, with a temporary contract initially.
