## Description

Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer to design and build AI-native systems for its commercial sales ecosystem. The role focuses on understanding business workflows and data flows, prototyping and iterating solutions, delivering scalable production features, integrating systems and signals into AI-powered workflows, improving reliability and performance, and building secure, compliant AI solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 3–5 years of software engineering experience, proficiency with C#, Java, Python, or React, and experience with AI-native development, agent workflows, and production software.
