## Description

RTX is hiring an onsite Software Engineer in Woburn, Massachusetts, to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems for aerospace and defense applications, including battle management, command and control, communications, effectors, advanced sensor systems, and surveillance and warning systems. The role requires a STEM master's degree, C++ or Java programming experience, knowledge of data structures and multithreaded applications, Generative AI or machine learning experience, open systems architecture experience, and technical problem-solving experience. Preferred qualifications include CI/CD, configuration management, data analysis, Agile, DevOps, and cross-platform software development experience. The role requires an active and transferable U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship, with an application window expected to close approximately 40 days after the 2026-09-30 posting date.
