## Description

Snowflake is hiring a backend engineer for its Postgres team to build and operate the control plane for managed Postgres instances. The role focuses on provisioning, lifecycle management, configuration, access and authorization, secure administration, reliability, observability, incident response, and customer-facing management capabilities. The engineer will work across distributed systems, database infrastructure, security, and operational excellence, with responsibilities including technical design, code review, mentoring, and on-call participation.
