## Description

Evernorth is hiring a Software Engineering Associate Advisor/Lead Analyst to provide advanced technical input on complex application development projects. The role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, middleware and application development, monitoring, and supporting technology assets, while also providing direction to junior professionals and influencing technology and vendor decisions. It requires 6–10 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and extensive enterprise application, Java, cloud, microservices, and DevOps experience. The position is full-time, 45 hours per week, with IST hours from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
