## Description

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 3 years of technical leadership experience, and 2 years of people or team leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, experience in complex matrixed organizations, and familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or on-premises environments. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
