## Description

Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on Finance engineering services and AI-powered developer productivity tooling. The role involves setting technical direction, managing engineers, recruiting, driving code optimization and cloud-scale architecture, owning product scalability and incident response, and partnering with cross-functional Microsoft teams.
