## Description

The Arab-American Family Support Center is hiring a full-time Solution-Based Casework Case Planner in the Bronx, New York, with a hybrid schedule requiring two to three office days per week and regular field visits. The entry-level role provides preventive case planning, case management, advocacy, family assessments, service planning, home visits, documentation, and coordination with the Administration for Children’s Services for at-risk families. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, bilingual or multilingual fluency, Microsoft Office and excellent writing skills, familiarity with PROMIS and Connections, and authorization to work in the United States. The annual salary is $62,197.89.
