## Description

Rivo Gold Coast is hiring a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and lead daily kitchen operations across the restaurant, poolside dining, events, meetings, and other food experiences at AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast. The role involves supervising service periods, developing culinary talent, managing food costs and inventory, maintaining food safety and HACCP standards, and contributing to operational and financial goals. Candidates need a commercial cookery qualification or equivalent, at least three years of professional kitchen experience, leadership experience, unrestricted working rights in Australia for at least two years, and availability for a flexible roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
