## Description

ARQ is hiring a Special Projects Lead to work closely with the founders on critical company initiatives. The role focuses on launching revenue streams, improving monetization, designing activation and cross-sell programs, executing local growth activities, improving gross margin, negotiating vendor and partner terms, and tracking P&L impact. Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a venture-backed company or in a top-tier management consulting or investment-banking firm, along with strong stakeholder, analytical, organizational, and closing skills. The position offers competitive salary, stock options, a discretionary performance bonus, and an office policy of 3–4 days per week in the office.
