## Description

The Registered Representative Administrative Assistant supports Financial Advisors by handling client paperwork, financial transactions, records, appointments, events, outreach, and client communications. The role also prepares presentation materials, coordinates with internal departments, maintains compliance documentation, and helps Advisors manage their business plans. A high school diploma or GED, administrative or customer service experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required; prior Registered Representative assistance, financial services or banking experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree are preferred. The base annual salary is $20.00-$25.00 plus a performance-based bonus.
