## Description

Flexi Software is hiring a Sr. Director, Software Engineering to establish and lead a second AI-forward engineering practice focused on delivering a next-generation modern web platform. Reporting to the CTO, the role is hands-on and player-coach, requiring architecture and coding contributions, team hiring and development, AI-enabled delivery, cloud and DevOps management, and establishment of security, reliability, performance, and quality standards.
