## Description

Dexcom is hiring an AI Support Workflows Engineer to build and maintain AI-driven support workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related automation tools. The role translates support strategies into decision trees and orchestration logic, configures routing and responses, integrates Microsoft and enterprise systems, troubleshoots workflow issues, validates solutions with QA and support teams, and documents scalable configurations. The position requires hands-on experience with Power Platform and AI automation, SQL and relational databases, and cross-functional collaboration, with a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience or an equivalent education/experience pathway.
