## Description

RIB is hiring a full-time Sr. Flutter (Mobility) Developer in Nashik or Pune. The role requires 7–10 years of mobile application development experience, including at least 5 years of production Flutter experience, enterprise app delivery, Agile/Scrum collaboration, technical design participation, and daily use of AI coding assistants. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Flutter applications, translating requirements into clean code, participating in code reviews, resolving performance and stability issues, writing tests, supporting releases and production issues, and mentoring junior developers. The position requires strong Flutter and Dart expertise, mobile architecture and state-management knowledge, platform and API integration experience, secure coding practices, CI/CD, testing, and app-store release experience.
