## Description

Mattel is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer to serve as the primary Airtable specialist and system administrator for its Global Technology Organization. The role designs, maintains, and optimizes Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, scripts, data models, access controls, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions while establishing governance, data quality, security, and user adoption practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 6–9 years of experience configuring or administering Airtable or similar low-code/no-code platforms, along with strong workflow, API, scripting, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
