## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Sr. Technical Service Advisor to serve as the primary post-sales customer-service contact for HPE Networking customers and partners. The role manages care plans, escalates and resolves critical network issues, coordinates with professional services and engineering teams, reviews software defects and network plans, and delivers technical analysis and operational health checks. Candidates should have strong IP networking knowledge, at least 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and solving datacenter and IP/MPLS network problems, and preferably customer-facing experience and relevant Juniper or HPE networking certifications.
