## Description

The Optical Networks Test Engineer will design and develop automated test plans, hardware, software, and algorithms for semiconductor optoelectronic devices, including PIC and subassembly characterization, motion and vision control, production-level test qualification, Gage RR, and statistical process control. The role also involves documenting test solutions, tracking project schedules, and collaborating across teams. Candidates need a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or an equivalent field with applicable graduate-level or industrial experience, or a Master’s degree with at least three years of applicable industry experience, along with semiconductor characterization, programming, and test-automation skills.
