## Description

Code Metal is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build Python services, APIs, pipelines, and distributed cloud infrastructure for its wargaming and decision-support simulation platform. The role covers mission- and campaign-level simulation orchestration, scenario generation, Monte Carlo sensitivity analysis, data ingestion and analysis, REST/GraphQL/gRPC APIs, containerized services, and reproducible simulation execution across workstations, on-premises, and cloud environments. It requires enterprise Python software development, stakeholder requirements work, strong SDLC practices, scalable API expertise, Docker, machine learning familiarity, and eligibility for a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
