## Description

Helios is hiring a Staff/Senior Software Engineer, Document Intelligence & Data Infrastructure to build and operate large-scale acquisition and document-processing systems for its Proxi platform. The role owns data from source discovery and collection through normalization, extraction, enrichment, publication, and real-time audio intelligence pipelines. Responsibilities include web crawlers, fault-tolerant pipelines, document conversion and OCR, multilingual processing, scalable inference, secure observability, and reproducible reprocessing. The position is full-time and on-site in the SoHo office in New York City, with five days per week in the office when not deployed with customers.
