## Description

Tekion is hiring an AI Software Development Engineer in Test for its AI Platform team. The role owns end-to-end quality for AI platform capabilities, including feature pipelines, model training and serving infrastructure, model registries, deployment pipelines, LLM gateways, and vector stores. Responsibilities include designing automated testing frameworks, validating correctness and reliability, testing performance and scalability, building regression and reconciliation suites, defining quality metrics and SLOs, using AI and LLMs to accelerate test generation, and driving root-cause analysis and reliability practices. The position requires 8+ years of SDET, quality engineering, or software engineering experience, strong Python or Java/Go skills, and experience with distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, or ML platforms.
