## Description

Scopely is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Playgami team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. The role leads software from design through implementation and operation, sets technical direction for complex, scalable systems, improves delivery and reliability, partners with product, data, design, and other teams, and mentors engineers. Candidates should have strong computer science and engineering fundamentals, deep experience with Java, C#, or another object-oriented language including asynchronous and parallel programming, and a track record of designing and operating complex production systems. Cloud, distributed systems, and modern web framework experience are bonus qualifications.
