## Description

Abstra is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale core products across backend, frontend, and cloud-native systems. The role requires 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong Java or Kotlin and full-stack capabilities, cloud and containerization expertise, DevSecOps and CI/CD knowledge, and experience mentoring engineering teams. It is a contractor/full-time position based in Colombia with 100% remote work and working hours between CST and EST.
