On-Board is hiring a full-time Structural Engineer in Hopewell, Virginia, to support capital projects at chemical plants from planning and scoping through design and construction. The role covers steel structures, equipment supports, pipe systems, foundations, existing-structure analysis, calculations, drawings, vendor and construction drawing reviews, fieldwork, and design-team support, with occasional travel to sites in Alabama, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
