## Description

Skanska is hiring a Sub Agent for its Infrastructure team in Norwich to oversee planning, delivery, and handover of a section of civil engineering works at the A47 Thickthorn junction. The role manages and mentors the site team, prepares temporary works design briefs and lookahead programmes, maintains site records, manages inspections, material approvals, health and safety, and environmental matters, and identifies cost savings. Applicants need a degree or HND in Civil Engineering, vocational engineering training, construction and contracts knowledge, SMSTS training, and a relevant CSCS card. The contract is permanent, with flexible working options where possible, and the external closing date was 7 October 2026.
