## Description

eJam is hiring a Subscription Retention Manager to own customer lifetime value and build systems that increase repeat purchases, subscription longevity, and winback rates. The role manages lifecycle marketing across email and SMS, automated flows, segmentation, campaigns, dashboards, forecasting, A/B testing, and customer feedback loops, while partnering with Growth and CX. Candidates need at least five years of retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing experience, strong Klaviyo or similar ESP and SMS experience, and proven success improving LTV and reducing churn in a subscription business. The position offers a $160,000–$220,000 base salary, health, retirement, stock option, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
