## Description

Rocket Lab is hiring a Supervisor, IT Support to oversee the Service Desk and a team of up to 10 IT Support staff at its Long Beach headquarters. The role manages ticket queues, SLAs, workload distribution, escalated troubleshooting, regional IT projects, documentation, compliance, and team development, while collaborating with Infrastructure, Launch, Cybersecurity, and Client Services teams. Candidates need at least 10 years of progressive support or service experience, leadership experience, ITSM and ITIL knowledge, and extensive technical expertise across multiple systems and technologies.
