## Description

ECAM is hiring a full-time Remote Service Supervisor to lead a team of remote support engineers providing 24/7 IT support. The role oversees daily operations, team performance, service delivery, projects, budgets, process improvement, critical incidents, and stakeholder communication, while mentoring and developing support engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of IT service or managed-services experience including two years in a supervisory or leadership role, and experience managing 24/7 technical support teams. The position requires onsite work and offers day-one HMO coverage for the employee and two dependents, annual and performance-based salary increases, and additional leave credits.
