## Description

QTS is hiring a Supervisor, Technology Support to lead Technical Customer Service Representatives in its 7 x 24 x 365 Operations Support Center. The role manages tickets and phone queues, troubleshoots technical requests, responds to alarms and incidents, coordinates with upstream providers, and develops training, documentation, performance, and process-improvement activities. It requires a related degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of technical customer-focused experience, ticketing and monitoring platform experience, networking knowledge, and US citizenship; shift work and flexible holiday hours are required.
