## Description

True Anomaly is hiring a Supplier Development Engineer to build and sustain a flight-quality supplier base for aerospace electronics, PCBA, cable harnesses, box-build assemblies, and power systems. Reporting to the Manager of Supplier Development, the role leads supplier qualification, audits, quality programs, risk mitigation, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 4–7 years of supplier development, supplier quality, or manufacturing engineering experience, with 30–50% travel to supplier sites. It is based near Denver or Long Beach in a hybrid environment and offers a base salary of $105,000–$160,000 plus equity and benefits.
