## Description

The Cisco IQ Customer Onboarding Analyst serves as the bridge between Cisco and customers during the early stages of the customer lifecycle. The role supports customer onboarding and adoption on the Cisco IQ platform, including setup, telemetry enablement, platform activation, customer guidance, query resolution, feedback capture, engagement tracking, and adoption reporting. The position is based in the United States with a hybrid or remote arrangement, with Farmington, Michigan preferred, and requires 1–2 years of customer service experience plus knowledge of user lifecycle management, communication, Microsoft Office, analytics, and basic technology concepts.
