## Description

smartTrade Technologies is hiring a Support Analyst in Toronto to provide technical oversight and resolve complex issues for internal teams, customers, and partners using the TTS Interbank Forex Platform. The role involves investigating trading problems, monitoring systems, diagnosing data and connectivity issues, resolving bugs and workflow problems, performing regression testing, and providing architectural guidance. It is a permanent hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office, with a base salary of 76,800 CAD plus a bonus plan and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
