## Description

GDIT is hiring a Support Assistant to provide Tier 1 help-desk support for government information systems, including Tableau and Salesforce. The role handles user access issues, troubleshooting, ticket logging, escalation, and assistance with system and database access, while collaborating with development and operations teams. Candidates need a BA/BS degree in computer science or a related field, at least two years of customer support experience in a technical environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Tableau. The position is remote or available from any location, requires a T4 Public Trust clearance, and pays $29.52–$37.95 per hour.
