N2JSoft is hiring a Support Consultant for its Customer Success & Delivery Team to support clients using the Vertical Expense SaaS expense-management solution. The role handles and resolves tickets, diagnoses incidents, escalates technical issues, tracks requests, maintains knowledge-base materials, and participates in release testing. It requires a Bac+2 to Bac+3 qualification, 1 to 3 years of B2B software support experience, SaaS knowledge, and strong analytical and customer-service skills. The position is based in Bourg-en-Bresse with some travel required and offers a gross annual salary of €28,000 to €30,000.
