## Description

The Support Engineer 1 will enhance, monitor, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Health Patient Accounting, including Revenue Management, Patient Access/registration, and Scheduling/appointment management. The role handles user enhancement requests, builds and implements changes through change control, documents investigations, collaborates across teams, and represents the team in client or internal meetings. It includes a scheduled on-call rotation for critical client issues during specific times of the year and requires a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, with 0–2 years of experience; a Health Care Administration degree is also applicable.
