## Description

Iru is hiring a Support Engineer in London on a hybrid schedule, working from the office three days per week and from home two days per week. The role owns customer support tickets across chat, email, and video calls; troubleshoots Iru’s endpoint, identity, compliance, API, and integration platforms; collaborates with engineering to resolve bugs; and documents findings for future customers and engineers. The position requires at least three years of IT administration, technical support, or a similar hands-on role, along with macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Windows, MDM/UEM, identity and SSO, endpoint security, REST APIs, and Terminal/PowerShell experience.
