## Description

The Support Services Engineer serves as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and service tickets, resolving technology support issues across cybersecurity, networks, systems, video cameras, and VoIP. The role provides day-to-day IT support, manages service tickets and customer communications, performs troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, collaborates with support teams, maintains documentation, and participates in on-call rotations. It requires help-desk or customer-support experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with at least one year of IT experience.
