## Description

The Systems Support Technician I provides first-level service desk support for end users, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, builds and maintains bank PC workstations, manages IT inventory and documentation, and assists with facility and equipment projects. The role requires at least three years of technical support experience, preferably in financial services, along with knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Configuration Manager (SCCM). It includes on-call rotation, flexibility for outside normal hours, and travel to remote bank locations.
