## Description

Old Dominion Heat Trace is hiring a full-time Takeoff Engineer for its Preconstruction Team. The role prepares accurate project budgets, supports bids, reviews project documents and specifications, generates take-offs with take-off software, verifies supplier quotes, tracks estimating data, and supports estimators and project stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent academic and construction experience, along with blueprint-reading, estimating, analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. The position offers a $60,000–$70,000 annual base salary plus a bonus opportunity.
