## Description

AVEVA is hiring a full-time Technical Support Engineer in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2–3 onsite days per week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The role supports product issues, custom applications, integrations, and customer requests through triage, troubleshooting, testing, analysis, documentation, workarounds, hotfixes, and feasibility assessments. It requires adaptability, communication, prioritization, independence, and collaboration, with desired expertise in software development, Windows and server systems, Visual Studio, VB.NET or C#, source control, SQL Server, database administration, reporting services, distributed architectures, and OASyS SCADA.
