## Description

Tstrata Strengthening Solutions is recruiting an experienced Technical Business Development Manager to develop new and strengthen existing client relationships throughout Northern California. The role is based in the company’s San Francisco office in Benicia, California, with travel and remote work expected. Responsibilities include delivering engineering training, supporting current and potential clients, providing technical assistance and design support, attending jobsite walks and pre-bid meetings, maintaining CRM pipelines, and growing the strengthening project pipeline. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, at least five years of engineering, construction, or technical sales experience, and experience with the structural engineering or commercial and public building markets; a California PE license is preferred.
